The Business Express is a small business virtual incubator intended to create an entrepreneurial environment in which new and expanding businesses can start and grow. This site provides entrepreneurs with expertise, networks, and the tools necessary to make your business ventures succeed. There are four different areas of focus from which you can gain assistance. The Educational Resources section focuses on a variety of business offerings provided by the various universities and colleges within the West Central Ohio Region. The Financial Resources section provides information on both public and private financial options for funding your company. The Business Resources section provides a variety of business resources available within our community to assist in planning, marketing, and developing your business. The Events and Activities section provides updated information on various business related events, activities, and training available to assist area entrepreneurial endeavors.

The primary focus of this site is to provide a single portal of entry for information, community resources, and support services for entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their business.

The Business Express was developed as an extension of the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee. Members of the committee include; Jerry Good, Mark Jarvis, Andy Farley, Peace Li, Jed Metzger, Kathy Keller and Amanda Benton.
